At PhysicalMetals.ca, we strive for complete satisfaction with every bullion and coin purchase. Due to the volatile nature of the precious metals market, we offer a 7-day return policy subject to market loss fees and a restocking charge.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our support team within 7 days of delivery to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a current market valuation for your items.

  Secure Packaging

  Place your items in their original protective capsules or sleeves and pack them securely in a discreet, padded box to prevent movement or damage during transit.

• 3.
  Insured Shipping

  Ship the package using a trackable and fully insured courier service, clearly marking the RMA number on the exterior of the shipping container.

• 4.
  Inspection and Settlement

  Once our vault team verifies the authenticity and condition of the metals, your refund will be processed minus any applicable restocking fees or market loss adjustments.
